I’m just double checking, did I read somewhere that the defence has to be emailed during working hours?

    Yes.

Just double checking, did I read somewhere that you were filing your Defence last Tuesday?  :)

It doesn't have to be sent by e-mail during working hours just that there have been issues with non-receipt by CCBC out of business hours. If you do send it this afternoon make sure you get an auto acknowledgement.

With a SAR can you also ask for any correspondence about the subject between the PPC and anyone acting on their behalf?

I've received a N180 Directions questionnaire and an EX730 mediation form. I've read the thread on what to fill out.

I've just got one question, can I download the N180 form online and email it to the court and claimant as opposed to posting it?
