    Hi savingholmes.Our Mort does not end until 2025 luckily so thats okay ..My husband will continue to work all being well ..He still has a few years left before he gets his pension so we will carry on as long as possible as we have lots to do in our house 

    Week 31 numbers £500 in to mort savings .Total now £15500 ..Just £14,500 to go now!!

    Week 31 .Other monies this week Extra work £80 plus selling bits plus a gift ..Total £188.52 plus last weeks £245.45  £433.97 ..No money made this week in new business sadly though but very happy with overall numbers so far and as always very grateful for everything

    Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030
    1) MFW Nov 21 £202K now £172.5K Equity 36.11%
    2) £1.6K Net savings after CCs 14/8/25
    3) Mortgage neutral by 06/30 (AVC £25.6K + Lump Sums DB £4.6K + (25% of SIPP 1.2K) = 31.4/£127.5K target 24.6% 1/9/25
    (If took bigger lump sum = 53.3K or 41.8%)
    4) FI Age 60 income target £17.1/30K 57% (if mortgage and debts repaid - need more otherwise)
    (If bigger lump sum £15.8/30K 52.67%)
    5) SIPP £4.8K updated 29/7/25

    Yes thats very true savingholmes ,i must say ,im quite shocked too !!!

    Week 32 and £500 went today to PBs ..Total now at £16000
    Other numbers to follow at the end of the week but so far just £3

    A bit late with numbers but here are last weeks 
    Week 33 and £500 went in to PBs ..Total at £16,500..I also sold a few things and my husband did some extra work .Total £160 ..I added that to the other money i had saved so far and booked us a holiday for next month ..

    £500 in to PBs  total now at £17000 paid either in to PBs or in to mort ..Very ,very happy ,just £13,000 to go now
