I am pleased to announce that this afternoon I received a N279 Notice of Discontinuance from the Claimant's solicitors. 

Thank you so much for all of your help, advice, tips and most of all your extreme patience with a total novice (who sometimes got a bit muddled when trying to navigate this).

This is official and timely Government research and MSE Towers has agreed I can share it.

Short notice - but do the survey now (and if accepted, then a short & friendly video call next week) to tell the Government's consultancy outsourced firm your experience of 'appealing'.  How you were knocked back and dragged to the very eve of a court hearing.  This must stop.

What is needed is a proper ADR instead of court claims..  Please tell the researchers!

Please do the survey I linked, if you didn't already. Very grateful if people pleeease take part in the research if you have tried to appeal,

The survey should keep working during May I think, because the online research is carrying on until early June.

As long as the survey works (and as long as you fit the brief of someone who tried to appeal a parking charge to resolve the dispute early, but was knocked back) use this opportunity to be heard by the Government and get the statutory Code and wider regulatory framework moving.
