No.  Here's the only copy I have of Fairlie v Fenton.  This was used in a court case:

Haven't looked any further but you surely have the wrong claimant in the heading  -  please make sure that any copy and paste is actually relevant for your case.

Thanks. How should I make specific to this in the body of the WS? At present there is no reference to it in the exempler even though it was listed in the contents section. thanks

Yes, that detail is incorrect. I will add in details specific to the case once the body of the claim is approved.

You can find how to refer to Fairlie by searching the forum for a defence or WS that talks about Fairlie and the law of agency.

More important is the other wording I advised you to search for by VCS' company number.

Thanks. I have searched the fairlie case and added some points into my WS that I think support including it as an exhibit.

However, on your second point in terms of 'other wording' and VCS company number I can't see where you have previously advised on these points and I am not sure what this refers to. Any clarification is very appreciated.

The VCS number for Capital Control Parking Ltd is 128323211. Just found it. In what context do I need to use this number, please?

I don't know what you are trying to do but that number you have mentioned in your post is wrong.
    Should only be eight digits.

hello KeithP that is the number I have searched for when looking for a VCS number. And I am confused (my fault probably by what Coupon-mad means when they say "More important is the other wording I advised you to search for by VCS' company number". I don't know what the other wording is as I can't see it referenced anywhere in this thread and I don't know how to search for the VCS or what to do with it once I have it.

Other than that I have followed all instructions and I think the above is all I am missing from my witness statement,

    Evening,

Here is my updated WS based on the above. Fairlie vs Fenton is now in there. The only thing that I am stillm unsure about is the other wording I am supposed to include and the VCS company number
