Is there any problem with that one?SCompx said:Update: SAR request done.
Any ideas where to send email for DCB Legal - my letter got email address info@dcblegal.co.uk and reply to their response form (my understanding is don't use their response form).
Even their website do not advertise any email address. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Search the forum using info@dcblegal.co.uk and changing to "Discussions" in the category "Parking tickets, fines and parking" and change the "sort by" to "Newest" There are loads of posters using that email address and suggesting some others. However, if you have a letter from them with the e-mail address on it, why would you not believe it?SCompx said:Any ideas where to send email for DCB Legal - my letter got email address info@dcblegal.co.uk and reply to their response form (my understanding is don't use their response form).4 -

None of the legal firms involved in ambulance chasing private parking tickets hardly ever confirm the fact that they have put a case on hold for 30 days. How will you know then if your case is on a 30 day hold? If a court claim lands through your front door any time after day 30, you will know your case has been on hold for 30 days! They will pick it up again in February anyway. Nothing has changed. You will get a court claim and you will defend and win.
Read lots more threads as you seem a little unprepared and are far too reliant on 'hearing back' when you don't really care, surely, if scammers actually acknowledge the 30 day hold.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
