    Yeah went on there website and its unavailable till monday for house prices! TYPICAL!

    The reason we want to sell is to move to Spain! So basically we have our hearts set on going and the house is just stopping us!

    A house, like anything else, despite what estate agents tell you, is worth what you can get for it, simple as.

    You either reduce the price substantially, wait and hope, or forget selling it.

    There is no point in saying that you cannot reduce the price, you may just have to.
