Because simply for being 5g not 4g as they told me they locked it. The proof of concept being that I quite clearly saw the option to enter an unlock code on one day, then more recently with no input from me I have zero attempts left

Everyone After 4 days and counting, and a near heart attack O2 tell me oh...tthey are working on masts near me. All I can say that is a lot of work they must be doing
