I’m now the proud owner of a Skegness Pottery footed bowl/chalice that I’m planning on sympathetically repurposing for for succulents. Fortunately DSis can see my vision.
I’ve also become the proud owner of a Portmeirion cake stand. Apparently someone in the shop was planning on buying it but left it on the shelf whilst they looked. I only found out after I’d paid for it! Oooops!

I visited our very upmarket northern suburb this morning and, hallelujah, found a copy of Falastin in the hospice shop for £2.50 as well as a Chicago Metallic mini muffin tin marked new and priced at £9.50. I felt that buying the two together made the higher price more acceptable IYSWIM.
I also found two small Mason Cash bowls, £1.49 and £1.99 respectively, as well as a very clever piece of Tupperware, £4.99.
The Tupperware is in three parts which can be assembled as they are here or with the bottom part used as a lid on top to cover tarts or quiches, brilliant eh!10 -

Both priced at £3.49 but I was feeling stingy!And had a great Bay of E sale for charity. Set of 3 Pyrex nesting mixing bowls.
