No 6 with an OP of £25.
Technically when we remortgaged I didn't ask them to recalculate the repayment figure so we are now automatically OPing
£27.87 every month. So the total OP is actually £52.87.

It's likely to be it this month as I've got to recalculate my finances as several bills have changed and I want to get a grip on things.
Reduction in daily mortgage interest since October 23 (new mortgage) - £2.36 July 25
    % of house owned/% of mortgage paid off. July 25 - 38.82%/31.66%

I believe I have now hit my 2023 target. Many thanks @julicorn

i am now down to just over £6.5k outstanding so if you’re running a 2024 challenge I’d love to join and aim to get the remaining balance paid off.

Number 45 reporting in after another bumpy couple of months!
£300 for August and another £300 for September to add to the spreadsheet please.

Those who remember me from my thread on MFW, there's a chance of a return in the next year...I have a new job starting next month (yay!!!!) and this will involve relocation. Hoping to find somewhere rural and that may involve another mortgage to achieve this - we currently live in a very cheap part of the UK, so a move anywhere is slightly unnerving!

    Thanks julicorn

    august - £888.75
    sept - £870.35

unbelievably we have £4000. Left to pay off our mortgage. I could do this now with savings but will wait until Christmas. We are already living more having just returned from abroad for first time in over a decade.

    thanks for updating.
