miklyo as others have said first contact PALS at the hospital they can sort this out. If they do not then raise a complaint with the hospital.
Do not contact PE till this is done and if you do contact them follow the simple rules, never say who was driving, never reply to debt collectors, never contact by phone.
Look here and nowhere else for comprehensive guidance if you need it.
