I have 2 more (for the exact same thing, one for a family member, one for myself) so will update on those in a few months, or hopefully soonerPlease note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Correct, just a different date not too far apart0

Then search the forum for Henderson defence.
Are CEL using DCBLegal for these other claims or handling it in-house?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi all,
firstly apologies for not updating this thread. The case was discontinued by DCB Legal in August, so that was a result.
However since then I have received multiple debt collector letters (from different entities) for this same claim that has already been thrown out.
I had a letter from ZZPS mid Nov, who I contacted via email forwarding the notice of discontinuance, they replied that the case is closed on their system. I received another letter from GCTT end of Nov which I ignored.
I have now received a 3rd letter from Civil Enforcement - ‘letter before action’ - dated 20 May.Just wondering if it’s worthwhile reporting this anywhere?2 -
Report their Head of Legal to the SRA.
Could you please also show us a pic of the Notice of Discontinuance so we can count it and @Umkomaas can add you to the disco thread?

Use the complaint link in the BPA AOS members list to complain about these recovery letters and attach that notice above too, there are others with the same issues0

Thanks!
Calling @Umkomaas to add you to the Disco thread re the DCBL Legal discontinuance!
Re the latest clueless crap from CEL, here's one exactly the same:

Do the CEL complaint first and threaten to report them to the SRA, the BPA and the ICO.
