Just a quick question about Zipzero, it only lets you cash out to pay bills, but if I pay a bill via that way what stops the company I paid taking my full direct debit anyway?

@pokemaster I'm not sure really, I've only just got enough that it makes it worth while looking into. I intend on getting the payout to enough to pay a full months bill before I use it though.
Today was payday. All my bills are funded which means when I get my 2nd job pay in a couple of weeks, it will all go towards the holiday. After 5 months of using YNAB I have to say, I am fully sold and can't imagine not having it anymore. I watch every penny so much more carefully and not feeling restricted at all.
I cashed out from prolific last night, £110 that went to the overspend this month and a little extra added to holiday fund0

I think I might stop doing as its very limited what it can pay towards and taking forever to verify each receipt, I've nearly got the £10, but I dont want to pay double to my bills.

I've just posted on the Make £10 a Day and I've actually made an extra £326 this month but I'm feeling like I have absolutely nothing to show for it and feeling a little disheartened. I think I'm just feeling a little down in the dumps, all this travelling every week is really taking it out of me and work has been really full on. I thought I had a week off going to Scotland but I had an email asking me to go back up on Tuesday. So I make an 8 hour journey to Scotland on Tuesday, work Wednesday and Thursday to drive all the way back home again on Friday. I've been getting up at stupid o'clock on the Fridays to get home in good time, I really can't wait for this job to be over!!
There are positives, I know, just hard to see them at the moment- Debt has not been added to
- Have over £600 saved for my tax bill to be paid by January
- Have £600 saved for Christmas
- £300 saved for any car related costs
- £429 to cover any debit in utilities (they are still only taking £26 a month when I'm using way more than that, however I'd rather me keep the money and get the interest)

I actually just decided to have a look into it, I had £12.71 ready to pay towards a bill. My E-on account is in debit by £67. I just added their sort code, account number and my customer reference to the 'add biller' section and the £12.71 has been credited to my account!!pokemaster said:I think I might stop doing as its very limited what it can pay towards and taking forever to verify each receipt, I've nearly got the £10, but I dont want to pay double to my bills.
Scanning receipts will never be a get rich quick scheme but slow and steady wins the race!!!Total debt when my journey began in December 2022- £66,133.42

That sounds so full on, especially when you were looking forward to a week off. Is there an end date you have in mind for this job?
Great work on the savings pots though, have you got them in places with decent interest? Especially the tax and Christmas money as you know you won't need to access them for a few months, could be worth locking them in for more interest?
Hope you and the dog have a lovely dayhttps://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6466032/an-in-between-phase

I opened one of these Kroo accounts, its a current account but earns 4.52% and it's paid monthly which is good. I also have a 7% regular saver with FD.PennysIntoPounds said:That sounds so full on, especially when you were looking forward to a week off. Is there an end date you have in mind for this job?
