Last week had an e-mail from someone at DBC Legal. Without Prejudice Save As To Costs. Basically offering me a settlement of £100. Was tempted to respond with a raft of profanities but just thought it's pointless, ignored it.
This morning in the post received a letter (dated 1st May) from the local county court.
"It is ordered that
1) The claimant shall properly set out the statement of case pursuant to Civil Procedure Rule 16 no later than 13 May 2025 by 4pm, otherwise the Claim will be struck out without further Order of the Court.
2) This order was made without a hearing. Any party affected by this Order may apply to vary or set it aside within 5 working days of receipt.

ETA: @paulh1983 I could do with the final order when it comes in but also It would be good to know at which court it was issued. For now, I have just added it as shown. Had to chase it up through the court and eventually got there but:
"Good morningThe case has been struck out and is now marked as dead.Thank you"
Nothing else so far and no paper confirmation of the striking out.2 -
