I've now just received 3 emails. One telling me my nominated account has been accepted, another telling me my new account has been accepted and a third telling me I have a new message and to log into Mansfield online to view it.
At least there's some movement now.2 -
I'm in. The user ID plus activation code has just arrived in the post. Both the postal regular saver and the tracker 90 account are now showing as pending.1

N.B. (Amended from Forum Rules): You must investigate, and check several times, before you make any decisions or take any action based on any information you glean from any of my content, as nothing I post is advice, rather it is personal opinion and is solely for discussion purposes. I research before my posts, and I never intend to share anything that is misleading, misinforming, or out of date, but don't rely on everything you read. Some of the information changes quickly, is my own opinion or may be incorrect. Verify anything you read before acting on it to protect yourself because you are responsible for any action you consequently make... DYOR, YMMV etc.1 -
Just waiting for the post. Was promised my activation code would arrive yesterday but it didn't. Hopefully will arrive today. Seems to have been a long drawn out process but only 12 days which is not as bad as some
Postman just been and activation code and User ID letter arrived. Set up and a first sum transferred. Just waiting for it to arrive. Not sure how long it takes.1 -
All three of my Mansfield accounts are now showing in online banking so it looks like I'm now fully set up with Mansfield after a grand total of 23 days.1

56 days since my application - still not heard back. Their email on the day I applied said 'We will send out your User ID and an activation key through the post to the registered address within 3 working days.', but they confirmed my account was still in a queue after that timeframe had passed. I'm lost as to what is even going on now with this.
I kind of want to remind them, but I also want to see how long it is until they noticeIf you want me to definitely see your reply, please tag me @forumuser7 Thank you.
