And we wonder why the suppliers often have poor levels of servicing when this is the sort of rubbish they have to put up with.
    .
No they are not.   The economy 7 pricing models vary with suppliers.   Some suppliers are offering very attractive night rates whilst others are not.   So, you just switch to the one that suits your ratio.

Team who deal with complaint is cheif execs office not servicing team.

With a lot of companies, complaints are screened by servicing department first and then only a small number are actually escalated. This is so frequent complaints can be replied to with standard responses.
I didn't read the read of your post as you appeared to have accidentally pressed caps lock and so it became difficult to read.
I emailed chief exec on his personal email and have had reply from chief exec complaints team acknowledgng my email.

    So no servicing team

Would likely be his PA who read the email.

OVO are not a small company, they bought SSE retail.
  • I wonder how far some of these posters think they will get?  Write in block caps, email non-existent or misunderstood complaints to any address they can find, and then block anyone who disagrees with them.

Just seems to me that refusing to engage with discussions or evidence appears to be a poor method for achieving results.

I suspect it will get a stock reply, probably very similar to precisely what others have already told you in this thread.

By the way, there really is no need to keep announcing to people that you have put them on your ignore list. We can still see your posts and generally speaking, people will continue to reply in order to add information to the thread or correct misapprehensions where they occur.  You will also find that such posts are likely to get reported.
