Time spent in the garden and stuff cleared out.
49-50 seed trays that were disintegrating.
51 a bag of general rubbish from the greenhouse
52-53 cardboard boxes in recycling from boxes that had contained sure balls for birds.
54 water pistol
55-56 a couple of broken chicken feeders.
Did some weeding and chopping back so garden looks better.
Will be back tomorrow with more stuff.16 -
some more indecision rewarded by the tat in the box smashing as it all hit the floor. Well that's one way to do it I suppose....

QueenJess - I bought card blanks & envelopes in a sale so I have a big stash of them. I cut card fronts to fit either a 5 or 6 inch square or a 5 x 7 inch card. If a card front is not big enough for either blank I patchwork - I have a large stash of pattern papers to use - examples - photos -

Inspired by @QueenJess, I took out the drawer that was stuffed with wrapping paper and other wrapping bits and pieces, and turned it out onto the living room floor. Scrappy and torn bits of wrapping put into the recycling, including some princess paper bought for one of DD’s toddler-age birthdays. She will be 20 this month…
The drawer is now organised, not crammed to the gills, and random bits of ribbon have been gathered together with long lost friends. The bonus is that a number of gift tags have been found - I knew that they were somewhere!
I haven’t actually cleared a surface by doing that, but I know that inside that drawer it all looks a lot better.18 -

46-47: 2 GB data deleted
48-76: items to bin gathered from all over the flat
77-106: items to recycling - a lot of yoghurt pots and all the tin foil and mince pie cases compacted into a ball.
Up to 5 no spend days: as the 2nd deferred decision was to submit the gas and leccy meter readings, I think I need a few extra to cover the bill! But: the bill's higher as I deliberately worked less during December 22 - December 21 was a bit of a mare with double shifts and 9 days work in a row and I was running on fumes by the end of it.

@Florenceem they look so fab! I hadn’t thought of using pretty paper and having a different size, despite me usually making cards 🤦♀️.
I will definitely be reusing as much as I can and will be scouring the drawers to find all the envelopes/card blanks I can!2025 decluttering: 3,993🌟🥉🌟💐🏅🏅🌟🥈🏅🌟🏅💐💎🌟🏅🏆🌟🏅

First count for my decluttering - sorted all receipts that were jumping out of my purse and handbag. They are binned, shredded or filed. Bonus was finding a £10 note hiding amongst them.
So now 1/520 hurray.
23++ minutes spent helping DH with tax return - finished and submitted. A real result not to be doing it on 31st January.Declutter 2023 110/520

Good evening, wow you've all been so busy! Well done to all of you and hoping those that aren't to good are feeling better soon x
Today we rearranged the units in the living room so that they covered easy acces by tiny hands to the plug sockets and gave everything that moved a good dust. This cleared one of the tops of the units so DH could move his huge lego castle off of the dining table. Didn't gey as far as I wanted as DH was struggling with his hip/back.
I have thrown all the christmas table things. They were only poundland thing that had been used for a couple of years. The mats were felt and had food spilt on. I tried to wash it all and found out it definitely wasn't 'washable'. Will replace with wipe clean ones next year.
56 freesat box- been sat on the shelf since it died back in December
57-58 large cardboard boxes from GD toys
59 christmas table runner
