Google smart speaker tv screen no obeying command

Hiya Not sure if this right place to post. We have about 12 smart speakers, inc screens,. The alexa screens/speakers working fine as are Google screens and smart speaks bar one. The one in the bedroom a screen version since a few days ago stopped obeying the "stop in xx mins" etc. orders. I trieved to say different…

Update

At last!!!!! Last night like every night I do a test on the bedroom smart screen - it worked. Took them close to 6 weeks to resolve this. Incredible.

Therefore, switch off, stop in xx minutes commands now back operational
