Oops, I forgot to post last month but am wrapping up now for the year.  Not everything managed but, as has previously been mentioned, it's progress, not perfection!   :)

    Final update:

    1.  Donate 23 items to CS - 29/23 - Over, so pleased with this

    2.  Enter 23 competitions - 1/23 - Obviously not my thing

    3.  Choose 23 CDs from our collection and listen to them - 2/23 - Must try harder

    4.  Read 23 books - 19/23 - Almost made it!  There are now 5 on the TBR pile.

    5.  Make the 23rd of each month a "Me" day - Managed it every month and will be doing this month as well

    6.  Shave 23p a day off the already reduced grocery budget - Done, £83.95 in the savings pot

    7.  Watch 23 films that I haven't seen before - 22/23 and I'm sure will be exceeded by the end of the month

    8.  Make 23 items from my crafting stash (knit, sew, cross stitch etc) - 8/23

    9.  Donate 23 items to a Food Bank - 12/23.  Not as many as I’d like but my budget isn’t allowing a lot of “stretch” these days.

    10. Spend 23 minutes a day clearing a shelf, drawer etc to help with decluttering - Have called a truce on this one but will begin again in the New Year

    11. Walk 23 ups and 23 downs of the stairs a total of 23 times a week - Still happening

    12. Have 23 no spend days every month (not including DDs for bills etc) - 22 or 23 every month

    13. Walk for 23 mins twice a week - Success

    14. Socialise 23 times (visit, phone, email) - 9/23

    15. Complete 23 things on my To Do List - Still stuck at 4/23.  I definitely need a re-think here.

    16. Have 23 portions of F&V every week - Still managing this although it’s more veg than fruit.   :)

    17. Have 23 days away from the laptop - Have only managed one.

    18. Decorate the kitchen for £23 or less - My big success, with a total spend of £5.60!

Be kind to others and to yourself too.

@IrishRose12 - I noticed you had to stop with audiobooks because it was too expensive. I live in Anaheim, California, and our library encourages people in other countries to sign up for their library on-line resources. It currently includes 246 audiobooks - for free. Maybe this will help. Residents of other countries may sign up for APL online services by visiting anaheim.net/librarycard and then selecting the link for Online Services Card Application for international residents

@IrishRose12 I was going to suggest the same, most local libraries offer audiobooks to borrow, depending on where you live, it would definitely be worth you checking it out.

Yes, my local library and the central one has free audio books, but nothing that would interest me.

I'm just finalising my 2024 list and audiobooks aren't on the list, so far, that may change lol
