Hi All
I know a few people have done this in the previous years, but I'm making an early start on getting organised! The idea is you have a list of 23 goals, that you do 23 times during the year. It can be big or small, fun or serious, the idea is something you can try and achieve throughout 2023 (although I'm always way off on a couple every year).

Susie Dent has some wonderful words- word of the day
This was posted 3 days ago......
Look at this one:
"A(nother) quick reminder of the ‘snaccident’: the inadvertent eating of an entire packet of biscuits/crisps/etc. when you meant to have just the one. (Apparently you can have a ‘gincident’ too.)"
The other day I had a snaccident with a packet of almonds & milk chocolate: easily done.Being polite and pleasant doesn't cost anything! --
Many thanks

Loving the ideas so far, for those struggling with ideas what about 23 mins a week doing something you want to do, 23 mins of mindfulness each week, 23 things I'm grateful for each month? As I said it can be as small or as big as you want to make it. A lot of mine are repeats from previous years and some I know will be easy (books and films I'm looking at you!) where as some I've never managed and now am chucking on the extra 3% (You know this is aimed at you weight loss!)You laugh because I'm different - I laugh because you're all the same5
