Just a quick update from me
Managing a few of my goals
Latin done every day so far (bloody owl!),
Cooked at home 3 of the days (new years day we were just exhausted!),
I did a Carbonara to use up ham from fridge - never done it before. It was ok, I just struggle to eat 'white' foods!
Making an effort - all days so far
Wallpaper paste has arrived so I can try and complete the dining room! This week I will try and sort at least one bag for the charity shop too - we need the space! x
Hope everyone else is trundling along nicely xx3 -

Amendments!
10. Spend 23 minutes a day clearing a shelf, drawer etc to help with decluttering - Falling behind with this one already due to confusion over what day it is, thanks to New Year! Will start in earnest next week (honestly).
11. Walk up and down the stairs a total of 23 times every day - not all at once! (Should help with attaining my target weight - only 5lbs to go) - I think I was a bit too ambitious with this one. The good intention is there but my old knees are complaining after trip 6 or 7.
Be kind to others and to yourself too.2 -
@YorksLass maybe 23 ups and 23 downs a week on the stairs? I think it can be easily to be over optimistic. I'm struggling with my no sugar days as all bread has sugar. Going to set up a document to record progress!
