£9 search showing on site now, still keeps crashing
Always on the hunt for a bargain
  • has anyone managed to get booked in anywhere on a Saturday night yet?

I'm finding £9 rooms on a Friday and a Sunday but not on a Saturday - in fact, most of the ones I'm looking at (around the Manchester area) in October are full price on a Saturday!

Many thanks to the OP btw

@newsgroup_monkey Too true - All Saturdays around Manchester seem to be full price.

 can't get on site, will have none left when I try tonight
  • Leeds Vicar Lane is not the nicest hotel around, also there is no car park. You'll have to use the NCP which is not secure and will cost you £12 per night.
  • Just managed to get 2 rooms on different nighrs in London for £9 - fantastic

It cost £7-£8 overnight - Your right, it ain't secure but it's just across the road and I've never had probs with it. I use the smaller carpark where you pay the guy in the cabin not pay & display.

The hotel has recently had a refurb and in all honesty, I can't fault it - Stayed there last Saturday 22nd ;)

The Leeds central is a nice new Travelodge - There's a discounted multi-story secure carpark across the road - Only it's the wrong end (pub wise) of the town for me. It's more of a restraunt area.

I finally managed to get logged on and put a booking forward for 3 nights in July (Within their cheap rooms dates) and they offered me a room for 3 nights at £70 a night. Who do they think they are kiddin. They have never charged that much for rooms, I smell a rat here. I am going back for another look
