eBay Sellers - do you leave feedback?

I do leave feedback but do wish ebay would mark nonpayers or allow sellers to do it. I am getting fed up with them and seem to be getting many more. It would be good if people had warning.

You can block non paying accounts. Though obviously you can't always stop new accounts or a previous good buyer deciding not to pay

You can. If you cancel with the reason of non-payment the buyer gets a strike.
In Buyer requirements you can set it so buyers with a certain amount (eg 2 in 12 months). That works to stop non-buyers bidding.

Had a slightly strange one recently. I bought a low (under £10) priced item from a 500+ feedback private seller. When the item arrived, there was a handwritten note in with it saying that they hoped I liked the item and asking me to leave feedback.

Fair enough, so I left them positive feedback, full stars, positive comment. But they never left any feedback for me; just seemed a bit strange after explicitly asking me to leave feedback for them.

Had something similar. Seller with over 3500 feedback emailed a week or so after I had received the item to specially ask me to leave feedback.....
