Lost parcels

No , the one refused is because I had asked them to refuse the parcel as she had been refunded and bought a replacement , that should come back eventually , not holding my breath though.
The one saying she never got it has suddenly found it in her porch 3 days later lol so is sending me the money ( minus the postal charge )
Its the Sheffield Mail centre ,probably overloaded as you say , but a bit of incompetence too as some ( not many ) items sent later have been delivered
