    If you are already a customer they should just move you onto a new tariff. There is no need to send you a new sim, unless your existing sim is orange or t-mobile premerger which is extremely unlikely.

    You will keep the number with EE, you can take it with you if you move. I have had my number for years and when I move I have it ported from one to the other.
