Glad to see you're back in the swim. Hope your wrist is feeling less sore. I guess it'll take some time to get back to normal. have you got physio exercises to do? Does your work involve sitting at a computer for long periods and if so will it make your wrist worse?? Take it easy and don't jeopordize your long term full recovery.

How do you get the cuppa emoticon ??????

Click Go Advanced when sending a reply and then go to more underneath the smileys. The mug one is near the bottom. I increase the popup section to make them easier to see.

    Hope that makes sense.

  • Thanks all!

if you type : coffee : and delete the spaces between the word and the : that will put one in!

Everyones always welcome for a :coffee: here!

Getting seriously refocused now! Got my anniversary with my girlfriend but im gonna try and pay for that with cash. Hopefully go away for a night at a hotel. Then the next target is to get it below £7.5k! then i'll be over half way!

No physio exercises, but have an appointment with the consultant today. Work is all computer based so yes it does agrievate it but just trying to be careful.

Im fairly lucky that if it hurts then the boss is understanding and i can stop/go home if i want without to much trouble (being the bosses son helps!) :rotfl:

  • Morning all,

Wrist is bloody sore this morning, consultant/surgeon whatever you want to call him was holding my wrist then goes you need to rub it to help the scar tissue along at which point he started doing it extremely hard right down the scar line, i nearly hit the roof!

My gf and me have decided to go away for our 4 year anniversary, just one night to a hotel about an hour or so up the road. Didnt want a long journey for a short break and i've been to this hotel before and its lovely. Will slow down the debt busting slightly as its £100 for the room b&b for both of us and then we'll eat in the restaurant that night aswell so probably another £75 on that. Ordered a bunch of flowers for her yesterday which were £25

Still got to decide what else to get her but will have a think and see what i come up with!

    Nothing else to report really!

    Time for a :coffee:
