Thats the plan! Should have seen my Gf face last night when i told her! She looked so pleased!
Will be able to start saving for a deposit then! Depending how long we want to wait till we move in, if we waited to the end of next year i could save £10K on my own! Which would make our deposit huge.Debt Now~Total-£14,366.72~CC-£1,600.00~Sofa-£1,349.01~Loan-£11,417.71

Morning all,
Bike got delivered yesterday! :j Set it up and it looks great, only problem is it doesnt have one of the features the one i went and looked at in the shop did, which im quite annoyed about. Going to ring the bike manufacturer later and find out what the differences are and if its been changed i'll be ringing the place i go the bike from to complain
Got my increased pay today, was £5 out on my calculation above so added an extra £5 to my other cash. Still leaving me with £1k a month to pay off my debts.
Might need some bits for my bike so going along to bike shop tomorrow to get them so not making payment this week til i find out how much im going to have to spend on accessories (lights, lock, bottle, helmet etc  ) will do the payment monday when i know my postition.
I've got the £60 from my £2 coins but ended up using half of that for my locker renewal the other night
Cant wait to get out and have a ride on my bike at the weekend. Looks liek its going to be a busy one as got some other stuff i need to sort aswell.

Glad the bike came but if it's not what you "bought" it's the shop's responsibility.
Well done on managing £1000 a month. You'll be debt free and with a mahoosive deposit in no time. Will your gf also have a deposit to add to what you can save?CCs @0% £24k Dec 05 £19,621.41 Au £13400 S 12600 Oct £11,981 £9481 £7500 Nov £7250 D £7100 Jan 6950 F £5800 Mar£5400 May £4830 June £4660 July £4460 Aug £3200, S £900, £0 18/9/07 DFW Nerd 0420 -
Morning all,
Been told the set up i have is the new version. Going to check today and see but to be fair after riding it at the weekend its not something i think i would use that much so not overly bothered now.
Spent £70 on parts at the weekend  although most of this was covered by my £2 coins. Thats my little blow out period done with now. Now back to saving (apart from getting my tattoo done.)
Car is booked in for its MOT tomorrow. Hopefully it'll be ok but knowing my luck i'll probably end up with a huge bill
Had a lovely weekend, Gf cooked a really nice meal friday then we cuddled up and watched a couple of dvd's
Sat was a meal round some friends house and then sunday was bike ride on the new bike round a local forrest and then went to see a friend that has been ill/away for a while.
Hi V,
How are you? where you been hiding?
Yeah gf is saving now for a deposit and then once i've cleared my debts i should be able to match her by the time we come to look so will be in a good position and with my new payrise i should be in a good position to try and save some money while paying for house. Also cause i now know how to budget i shouldnt get into this position again!:money:
Will need to go through my house budget again and see what sort of position i'll be in now. Should be alot better :j

Hi Sue,
Thanks!
You just click on the start a thread on the main forum page. Give it a title and start rambling like me :rotfl: Best place to start is normally post a SOA (Statement of Affairs) then people will be able to give you advice!
