Hey, Can we get some advice please ?

i’ve raised tens of complaints with banks and been paying thousands in compensation…. but it’s always over something they have done wrong.
What the hell do I complain to UKPC about ?
The fact that I parked there and got a ticket ?
Or do I make something up and say a warden verbally abused me ?
Honestly i’m as confused as the next person with these guidelines.
You lot live and breathe this but it’s not clear to newbies.0 -
If you are at LBC stage, you need to do the SAR as soon as possible. This should tease out all the details that they are relying on, which in turn helps frame your defence.
To buy more time, at around day 25 from the date of the LBC, send the email stating that you deny the debt, but are taking debt advice and that they must therefore delay any further action for 30 days, under the pre action protocolThe pen is mightier than the sword ..... and I have many pens.2 -

UKPC or DCB legal?
and how the hell do I do that?0 -
Honestly is this even worth £160. I could complain to my bank tomorrow and make £160 and be done with it.
It’s so **** complicated0 -
The SAR and the debt hold can both be emailed, but CC them to yourself or a friend to prove they went.
The SAR is a demand for all data held about you .....everything ,.......and goes to the parking company. I think there are suggestions re wording on the newbies, and also on legalbeagle.
The debt hold goes to the legal people, in this case DCBL apparentlyThe pen is mightier than the sword ..... and I have many pens.1 -
If i’m at the LCB stage is my chances of winning reduced ?
Honestly, dropping the attitude of biting my nose to spite my face… is it not easier as a newbie who has no idea what he’s doing to just pay this?

SAR is subject access request. CC is a way of sending emails to more than one personThe pen is mightier than the sword ..... and I have many pens.1
