Do you qualify for the Support Group?
If you think you qualified the first time you had a WCA was there any reason why you didn't challenge that decision?
If nothing has changed going through another WCA will likely see the same outcome if you use the same evidence you previously used.
  • If I was to be awarded ESA again will it be means tested?

Alice Holt Forest situated some 4 miles south of Farnham forms the most northerly gateway to the South Downs National Park.

It's not helpful starting new threads each time you have a question. It's much easier for everyone to keep up if you posted on your first thread.

OP - could you please stick to one thread. Your latest questions can then be seen in context,

It is not possible to claim income based ESA.
Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.
  • The esa that is about to finish was based on NI contributions,  once my fit note is accepted and completed a WCA, what will I recieve?

As already advised in your other thread you will get nothing once the ESA ends unless you report a change now and are later found to have LCWRA which will be backdated.

Unless the above applies you can apply again 12 week and a day after the existing award ends and if you have a full NI contributions/credits record for tax years 2020-21 and 2021-2022 (one of which must include at least is months of work) you will be entitled to a new award. If only in WRAG that new award would end after 12 month.

All of the above has already been covered in earlier replies.

  • Who do I report the worsening of my health to?  Or will that be reflected in the fit note they have requested?

You will need to ring ESA to report the worsening of condition. Have you actually taken a look at the descriptors for the Support Group? Link was in your other thread.
  • Yes I have.  Is the ESA number on gov.uk?
