  • £6.16 just cashed out from P/fc.  I imagine that is this month done, but you never know, I might get a last bit tomorrow. I smashed the target anyway, so considering it was Christmas, I am well pleased.

     Mortgage Free December 9th 2024! 
    18mths ahead of schedule.  Since 2022 we paid over £15K in OPs.

    Excellent! I am pretty sure everyone got their targets?! Well done every one - it’s been a weird month, and I must say, I thought it would be harder than it was in the end! 

    @holly_hobby - you were right. I very firmly challenged their justification for me not being included in the annual bonus, and I did get it! And it was more than I thought in the first place, so I am really happy  :)

    You're are prime example of small and consistent effort, paying off! I'm definitely doing better overall by following your approach
