Money Moral Dilemma: Should I still put up my Christmas lights display given the energy crisis?

So the outside lights went up yesterday. 4 sets of led lights.

P110 energy monitor on over night and they will use £1.16 over the next 30 days on for 11 hours a day.

Already neighbours have said they love them and the children loved coming home in the dark to see the house lit up.

That's worth the £1.16 in itself plus we cut back sufficiently in the summer and general use to withstand this expense.
