Hope it's OK to ask on this thread - when did you folks get the voucher? It's been a month (at least) since my transfer in completed, it was >10K and I am certain it fulfilled the T&Cs, but no word from Santander on the voucher...
I applied for a Santander ISA on 13th September (funding it via a qualifying transfer) and received an email ("Santander ISA Switcher Reward") on 5th October, so just over 3 weeks later. I would check your spam folder because you only get 12 weeks to redeem the code.

There were a whole load of fairly complex T&Cs attached to that offer, so you'd have to read them carefully to make sure you actually qualified.
I don't remember the offer running until November so did your transfer take a while ? You'd have only qualified if they received the transfer request before the offer was withdrawn, so you'd have had to request it at the same time as the application or not long afterwards.

My ISA with them was opened Oct 19th and I am pretty sure I initiated the transfer very shortly afterwards, I had an FD ISA waiting. Thanks for the replies so far, I will contact them and enquire about the voucher.

Actually based on my online banking the money was added on Oct 26th.

Nothing in Spam... I checked the offer terms and it does look like they want to take first 30 days to assess whether eligible and then if eligible additional 30 days to pay out which would mean they're still within the timelines. I opened a case via their CS and hopefully it will be sorted soon. Thanks everyone for your input & advice!
  • No probs. Hope you get your voucher soon.

I spoke to them this morning and apparently I do have to wait the full 60 days (30+30) and can only raise a complaint once that time has passed without a voucher. The person I spoke to kind of confirmed that I am eligible, so I guess they took the full 30 days to establish that, and will now take another 30 days to send me the email.

It seems that I got unlucky, since the few reports on this thread suggest people get theirs quicker  :/ Oh well, at least I should get it by end of the month then, and if not, I will raise a complaint.

Good luck !! Yes, I think MILs was about 14 days ..... guess as usual it could depend on exactly when opened and  varying workload ......

Just thought, how does this work for Amazon as that’s on-line only?
you just copy and paste, or enter manually, the voucher code from your Santander email at the checkout. This is Amazon - and I would expect it works the same at any other online shop incl ASDA etc.
