Someone said I work in software (which I dont)
That person who heard it say do I work in software.
I've never said, stated or written in any message I work in software.
They said 'i thought you did.'
If they go to action fraud or the police saying I do, I heard this, then the burden of proof is on then

Greg you have been told to ignore it, the police don't care what you put on your profile. No one cares. No one can use it against you, certainly not anyone who would pursue a legal case. You need to talk to someone for help with your obvious anxiety.4

Have another read through these threads, nothing has changed.
I agree with purbeck14 and it may be beneficial to speak to someone for anxiety. If after 2 years you are still worried about the same thing - change it.... Otherwise in 2 years you will still be worrying.Forty and fabulous, well that's what my cards say....7 -
Thank you guys, I'll seek help from a therapist, counselling for my anxieties. I've been bullied, picked on, manipulated behind my back and hence my mindset is like this. Very heightened but understandable.0

Start by talking to your doctor he can refer you for counselling, but that may take a while as waiting lists are probably quite long. In the meantime find ways to distract yourself from the particular worry, go for a walk, play a video game, take up a hobby etc. Remove yourself from the people who stress you.2

Cheers.
There are people who say I cannot study IT and they say how.
Thank you, I'll go to my doctor and refer. I'll take your suggestions on board.0 -

How can it escalate?
You need to stop obsessing about things.
As I said in your other thread, you also need to stop reacting to pressure from your family.
Yes, you need to see your GP.
And listen to what he/she says and put that advice into practice.
Be honest about the bullying and be honest about your retaliation to the bullying.
The answers you are looking for will not be found on this forum.4 -
