House sounds interesting!
Good luck with the viewings."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee2 -

I don't like the new look forum. Why do they keep changing it? So frustrating!!
I've been to view a house tonight. I nearly didn't go. It had panoramic views - absolutely amazing. Within half an hour of here and of work and well within budget... Need to make a decision quickly though as there are other offers... I have a viewer here tomorrow and Saturday... Luckily the cleaner is due tomorrow.
How’s your left foot and hand now?
I’m slowly adapting to the new layout …. But I am aware I don’t have the same ‘flow’ that I had before … 🙄😂

wow - how exciting for you over the last few weeks. sorry for only lurking occasionally but it sounds like you are right in the middle of it but keeping calm and eyes on the prize without throwing the baby out with the bathwater.
make sure you look after yourself and keep well nourished/hydrated/calm - easy to forget to look after yourself when you need it mostI think I saw you in an ice cream parlour

I'm struggling with the look of the new forum too. I'm sure we'll get used to it soon enough!"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee3

Also not enjoying the new look forum - it's very optimised for mobile and I normally view on a laptop!
House sounds promising, and it's also very promising that you've found another one in budget and that you could want so soon after the last.Start mortgage date: August 2022; Start mortgage amount: £240,999; Original mortgage free date: August 2056
Current mortgage amount: £226,957.97

Thanks Jwil, KK, Mark and Beanie
Foot is fine again. Hand is improving.
Had a couple come to view tonight. They took an hour. Hopefully that's a good sign.
I gave positive feedback on yesterday's house but they haven't returned my call so think they are favouring a different offer.
I am exhausted as work is manic. So following Mark's advice and getting some food cooked for me with fave drink at fave pub.
Hope you are all doing well

You're doing well with viewers attending yours and you seeing others.
Try and take time out for you each day, even if it's 20 mins to savour a brew and clear your head.
