The problem with ADHD brain is we set an appointment to make ourselves do something - but under-estimate how long it will take to do. I've also realised that normal people probably get ready first and then book the appointment...

I'm not ADHD but always do this...

    You have done loads though!

    Thanks Beanie. You'd be welcome...

I have now touched up the jade spot in DD'S room with dark grey. It's years old so worst case will have to get a sample or repaint wall. It seemed very light. Hoping it dries darker.

I touched up the blue grey paint but came across 4 holes I need to fill and then paint over.

That took less than 20 mins and has been outstanding for years. Oops.

I spent 2 enjoyable hours creating a painting. Hope it dries well. Greens, blues, silver and a touch of lilac.

One of my sisters wanted to point out all the cons to my proposed move. I told her I needed encouragement instead and she had to stop. Boundary held...

I'll need to continue my art work tonight but it's nice to have that to look forward to.

I've found the grout and a tool for filling the holes which is good. The bad news is that the paint dried a different colour in both the bathroom and DD's room so I'll have to paint at least a section of wall in each. I think I can get away with just sections - as they'll assume shadows are causing the difference in colour hopefully! It makes my list longer though. I need to go back over a patch in the downstairs cloakroom as that had white filler underneath and the white is still showing through. I'll try that in the upstairs bathroom as well as that was raw plaster - before I give in and paint the whole wall. There's also a hook on the bathroom wall that should have been removed previously but never was - but I might just leave that.

I've counted up my spending and it was a lot - so need to work out what more I can return without compromising my 'vision' she says grandly. Fortunately I got my p1p £150 today - so sent that and another £255 to the CC today. I also sent £25 to savings.

I've put the dishwasher on - that gets points too right?? I'd best finish getting ready and start work.

Have a good day y'all. Feel my progress has slowed back to a crawl. I am really poor at maintenance - so get a horrid shock when I return to a room that in my head was done - and it's now festooned with my or DD's untidiness again...
