    I’d just pay the £15.
You actually stopped for 9 minutes in the pick up zone.
Why pay when an appeal will get it cancelled for free

    Seconded. These ones always win!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

It's up to you. £15 to make it go away or fight it and (you should) pay nothing.

It would be useful to the forum if you could post a redacted copy of the NTK with the £15 early payment bribe as this can be used in the forthcoming public consultation about how much PPCs can charge.

A willingness to accept a low amount is proof that the industry's claims they can't survive without higher charges is a load of borax.
sorry for the late reply, I wanted to post the picture copy but as I'm a new member I am not allowed to post links I I think?

I will try here, the copy looks exactly like the screenshot posted in this thread:

So you reckon even though I lingered in the drop-off zone I can get it cancelled?

It is impossible to lose at POPLA. Why not read the other NCP Gatwick one just replied on, right next to your thread right now?

One of many that show how to win...

Thanks. That will be useful to show the government at the next consultation.

You cannot post live links yet, but you can change https to hxxps and someone here will change it for you.

It will help if you can do that with your redacted NTK. The more evidence we have that PPCs will accept a low amount the better chance the motoring public has of getting the government to reduce parking charges as per their original plan when the new mandatory CoP is introduced.
