PCN from National Car Parks - Gatwick North Terminal drop-off

Hi there I hope I have come to the right place to post this.
I have read the NEWBIE PCN post and I am planning on using the template but wanted advice before I do so.
I have received a parking charge notice dated 16/11/22 for £100 payable or £15 within 14 days from NCP for a 'breach relating to the period of using the drop-off zone' on 19/09/22.
I was collecting a relative from the airport and was confused by signage when I drove into the drop-off section kind of confused.. I stopped the car to call him and try to figure out where to collect him, stayed where I was and left as soon as we figured it out. Total time was just under 9 mins according to the auto picture evidence they have.
Do I have any standing here? I have just received and successfully appealed a similar notice from Heathrow North terminal for pretty much the exact same reason but in this case I'm worried about the timing.
Any advice appreciated, thank you.

This is the template from the newbies thread I was planning on using, although I'm not sure it's correct / which other template I should use??
"Re PCN number:
I dispute your 'parking charge', as the keeper of the vehicle. I deny any liability or contractual agreement and I will be making a complaint about your predatory conduct to your client landowner.
There will be no admissions as to who was driving and no assumptions can be drawn. Since your PCN is a vague template, I require an explanation of the allegation and your evidence. You must include a close up actual photograph of the sign you contend was at the location on the material date as well as your images of the vehicle.
If the allegation concerns a PDT machine, the data supplied in response to this appeal must include the record of payments made - showing partial VRNs - and an explanation of the reason for the PCN, because your Notice does not explain it.
If the allegation involves an alleged overstay of minutes, your evidence must include the actual grace period agreed by the landowner."

Use the template in blue text from the NEWBIES.
Add a paragraph that byelaws apply as the airport is not relevant land as defined by the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012, and therefore NCP are incapable of holding the keeper liable so they should cancel the charge now and save themselves time and money.
Was the discount from NCP for early payment really £15 or is that a typo. It would be really useful to know if it was.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks2 -
Obviously no ticking DRIVER and no using phrases like "I was collecting a relative from the airport and was confused by signage when I drove into the drop-off section kind of confused."
Eeek no!
This is a complete cinch to win as registered keeper as long as you DO NOT say the above!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

Yes i was just mentioning that for the purpose of asking advice, I was just gonna pretty much copy and paste the template I added above, was just double checking I was in the right / had a leg to stand on1

Or did you perhaps mean...
"The discounted charge is £15 if paid within 14 days, otherwise it is £100"?1 -

The total fee is £15 if paid within 14 days

I’d just pay the £15.
You actually stopped for 9 minutes in the pick up zone.0 -

It's up to you. £15 to make it go away or fight it and (you should) pay nothing.
It would be useful to the forum if you could post a redacted copy of the NTK with the £15 early payment bribe as this can be used in the forthcoming public consultation about how much PPCs can charge.
A willingness to accept a low amount is proof that the industry's claims they can't survive without higher charges is a load of borax.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks2
