    If you believe that anything is missing and you have proof, then you really should initiate a complaint to the ICO. Scamming ex-clampers such as these should not be allowed to get away with their vexatious behaviour. Get the ICO to bear down on them.

    I don't think they have to provide you with their correspondence between themselves and you MP as that is not your information. Likewise, if their PDT logs do not contain any information relating to you or your car, then they are not obliged either.

    Do go for their failure to provide copies of ALL their correspondence with you. Show them who can be more difficult if they want to play that game.
