    sadly to get anywhere in life you must take advantage of situations that arise before you , if that is to take advantage of one`s misfortune so be it.

    I agree with that. The housing market is fueled by fear or greed. Winners and losers is part of life.
    RENTING? Have you checked to see that your landlord has permission from their mortgage lender to rent the property? If not, you could be thrown out with very little notice.
