Don't suppose you know the email address for CP PLUS/Group Nexus? But they aren't the solicitors.
Obviously you don't contact them directly when they are using legal representation. That would be like trying to arrange completion of a flat purchase by emailing the sellers (the individual people) and bypassing their solicitors!
Your forum search will find hundreds upon thousands of DCBLegal cases on the forum and their email addresses talked about umpteen times over.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Okay, I did a bit more searching and found the emails.
I have sent my defence by email to CCBCAQ@Justice.gov.uk 'Yasmin@dcblegal.co.uk'; 'info@dcblegal.co.uk'; 'Paul@dcblegal.co.uk'
I now await their response!
Thanks0 -

Never actually seen an auto-reply but it seems that it is one. Totally expected after submitting your defence and as outlined in the Template Defence thread. Seems a bit late to be telling you about attachments once you have sent the defence, which would only have the defence as an attachment as a .pdf1
