COURT CLAIM FORM - help with my defence

The judge will know all that you have written in paragraph 2 as it will be in the claim form.Furthermore, the defendant did not see or acknowledge any of the parking charge signs at Moto Reading West service station on date of the alleged event accused charge.Better as above.1

£277 including capped court fees cannot be 2 PCNs and you can't get two PCNs issued on the same day. The claim must be for one PCN at that level.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Your 3e makes it sound as if the defendant was the driver. Also, you did not go and look at a future date, you went and looked at a later dateThe pen is mightier than the sword ..... and I have many pens.2

A pedantic observation - on their website the name is shown as:-CP Plus Ltd t/a GroupNexus - interested as to how it is stated on the claim form.1

Would the below edit be okay?3e) Furthermore if the defendant was indeed the driver, they did not see or acknowledge any of the parking charge signs at Moto Reading West service station on the date of the alleged event. Upon returning to the service station at a future date (12th May 2021) to investigate signage, there were only a few signs present, which were found to be unclear with text to small to read properly. In addition, signage was inadequately positioned for the defendant to legally accept CP PLUS offer, warranting a contract to be born under UK contract law.

Upon returning to the service station at a future dateThe word 'returning' says you were the driver first time.
I don't like this, sounds like you are hiding some knowledge: "Furthermore if the defendant was indeed the driver... "

See the point by @Coupon-mad above.
The most simple re word of that passage would be something like.
The driver did not see any parking charge signs on that day. The defendant visited at a later date to check signage and found very few signs present, all being unclear with text too small to read .........and so on
The pen is mightier than the sword ..... and I have many pens.2 -
Thanks, everyone for your help.
Just checking, that the court email address to submit my defence is ccbc@justice.gov.uk? That's what I found online.
Also, do you think it's worth me posting it to court also, just to be safe?
Thanks so much

What's wrong with the address in the checklist in the opening post of the template Defence thread?mperky said:Also, do you think it's worth me posting it to court also, just to be safe?1 -
