You would have to be putting about £5k a month through your credit card to make £20 a month when paying the full balance. No idea as I haven't qualified for the cashback so am not charged but typically with Santander it will be in the monthly anniversary of account opening

You won't pay it until you've set up direct debits.Santander's relative months are a bit of a nuisance.0
