It's that time of the year, oil change time. I'm starting to get some quotes and so far I'm in the £130's for literally oil and filter in the SW on a Nissan Note 1.5D. I know inflation has pushing things up but does this still seem a lot?
Just remember the more quotes you ask for to do basic work the more it pushes the costs up.

I appreciate you have come here for advice but the amount of people I hear getting 4 or 5 trades people to quote for work never ceases to amaze !, no wonder everything costs so much as half of their time is spent doing quotes and not earning money.

That's ridiculous, shopping around raises prices? Sure you've come to the right place this is Money saving expert not money raising expert 🤣🤣🤣

I saved £150 going over to Birmingham and not bothering with the expensive local garages here in Leamington Spa, somehow that makes me a bad person
I’m with you, I travel an extra 90 mins or so there and back to save £100 a year on service cost. Old and new dealers are Peugeot.
    I have the time.

£20 for the oil and £10 for the filter? But surely it would be done the same time as the MOT
