    Do I just wait now?

In terms of the process, yes - the process is detailed in the NEWBIES FAQ Announcement, second post, in the section headed 'IMPORTANT - KNOW WHAT YOU MUST DO AND BY WHEN'.

In terms of what you need to do in preparation for the next stage, you need to be thinking about and commence drafting of your Witness Statement and getting your evidence together. One of the best examples of what a WS and Evidence Pack looks like is that produced by @aphex007.  Please do read that so you're aware of what you will need to produce for your own case.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

That's just standard, and mentioned in the newbies thread. Nothing to worry about! Keep an eye out for the court issuing you a directions questionnaire.

You were expecting that, weren't you?

Item 7 in that checklist you were following when you filed a Defence says...
Items 8, 9 and 10 on that list might be worth another read too.

I recieved the N180 form this morning (dated the 19th Jan) and i need to return it by 6th Feb. I assume I can email this to them?I'm not sure if I'm losing the plot, or just so tired I keep missing it, but I don't seem to be able to find the following

Question D1: Do you consider that this claim is suitable for determination without a hearing... I assume that is a yes?
Question E1: At which county court hearing center would you prefer the small claims hearing to take place and why. - I assume this is D1 in the guidance here?

I believe the next step is to write my witness statement and gather evidence - That's some time in the future now isnt it?

    Great Thank you.

The form also says If no(d1) please state why.

"Defending an incorrectly issued parking ticket against someone with protected characteristics." - Is that suitable?
