  • Amended above.
  • I've got the blue badge here and it was issued on the 5th December 2017 (10 months after the pcn was issued) and expired in 2020. Should I include that as evidence?

No. Don't draw the claimant's attention to the fact that the disabled passenger did not have a blue badge at the time.
Do draw their attention to the fact that they have breached the EA 2010 by not making reasonable adjustments despite knowing a passenger had a disability and had protected characteristics meaning that they are guilty of direct discrimination.

Evidence comes later. Nothing gets filed with a Defence.

    'asap'?? Why the urgency?
File it when it is ready to be filed, but as I said earlier, "you have until 4pm on Monday 19th December 2022 to file your Defence".
  • Would you say the defense is ready to be filed? Do I need anything else?

  • Really sorry I don't want to get this wrong.

Send the email to the addresses below with just the signed defence (outlined above) attached and nothing else. Is that correct?

I sent the email to the email addresses above, but I've had no response or acknowledgment. It was sent to them during working hours (at 10am.) What do I do next?

I resent the email and have received an acknowledgment from the court.
