i purchased online some batteries, for the princly sum of £1.50 the order was recieved, and my CC debited. However, after waiting 3 weeks, i sent the seller an e-mail as to where the goods where. I got a terse e-mail back saying "WE have cancelled your order, and will credit your CC.
several weeks later, no refund has appeared , and they totally ignore my e-mails.
Presume they think that for £1.50 i wont bother, but to me its still theft.
What should i do, and can i name them on this forum? Thanks in advance:mad:

Sorry OP, have just seen this thread-did the postage for the £1.50 batteries not work out more expensive than the batteries themselves? I'm intrigued! :rotfl:0

The OP has not said what type of batteries they are have they? They could be the flat "coin" type batteries or watch batteries, they are small and fit in a normal envelope and would cost little to post
A little more thought before trying to ridicule! 0 -

Just showed the offer to DH who said "how can they afford to do that?"
I suppose if they just don't send them, hoping that people will be too busy at this time of year to worry about £1.50.....
