That's a standard WS and they've done no homework. That's a template. Same old stuff!
But this means you have a second hearing date and a deadline (imminent) to file & serve YOUR WS and exhibits bundle like the NEWBIES thread explains. When's that deadline?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Your filing deadline was probably yesterday - fourteen days before the hearing.JacksSon said:

I cannot understand why you haven't kept HMCT&S up to date with your address.
That's what got you into this mess over three years ago.
Suggest you try and be a little proactive and try and find out what is expected of you and when.3 -
thanks KeithP, i guess before pointing your finger you've better ask if i did. So i did. Have sent the Court an email same email to claimant where i have notified them that i have moved houses. Spoke to Court yesterday and they have confirmed that they have received the email but for some reason have not updated the address in their system.KeithP said:

But you knew about a 16th September hearing.
Why haven't you asked about filing and serving deadlines before now?2 -
Yesterday i have sent to the Court and dcbl the electronic bundle with our conversation, my old defence and their WS also added a comment to the letter that my WS is to be provided in short time. I guess i've met my deadline partially. Hope this works0

have double checked. DCB sent their WS on 29th August. I've read it on 2nd September.0

OK so make sure yours goes by email to both the local court and DCB Legal tomorrow.
I've removed the old WS examples from the NEWBIES thread this week because people kept copying irrelevant stuff inapplicable to their case.
However the WS section does provide an a-f list of suggested exhibits and you can easily find recent WS examples just by searching the forum and changing the filter to NEWEST.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
