Octopus Saving Session

I built a calculator that uses my local cache of the DCC data that I'm storing to do pretty graphs anyway to do the live calculation for the saving rate.
It will only be fully accurate after the last DCC data is pulled in up to 4pm today which should be by around 4:30pm, but it gives you an idea of how much you can save if you really hammer the in-day adjustment:

I signed up and was contacted in advance of each session to opt in and then I got a reminder shortly before the session started.
I've also had an update to say what i have saved.
You do have to log into your account to opt in to each session.
I think it's working well so far.
i don't have high usage but any money saved is a good thing.0 -
Has anybody managed to use the published algorithm to predict accurately what they should get? I have written a script that I believe should work, but it is about 20% off (in different directions) for the first two sessions. So either my script is wrong or Octopus is not using the published formula.
