I'd point out that the BPA must intervene because an allegation of an operator misleading people about keeper liability is a serious breach of the BPA CoP and always has been.  Several AOS members were banned for that in 2012. It's not just that POPLA screwed up.  It's pointing out anywhere that NSL said - either in the NTK or rejection letter or in the POPLA evidence pack - anything misleading about 'keeper liability' at this location or mentioned the POFA or pretended it is 'relevant land'.

I can't recall if they did but thought there was something? Check.

Can you please post your 10 digit POPLA code here now the decision has been made and mistake is clear and admitted by the POPLA Coach?  We can use it to help others win their POPLA appeals.

After so much chasing, I finally  received the news that the NSL PCN has been cancelled!

Gemma Dorans from BPA confirmed that she continuities to liaise with NSL regarding the wider issue!

Good news, well done.

Yep.

I reported them to the BPA and have not heard the final outcome from Gemma yet.

Glad to see someone at the BPA wielding a stick and who understands keeper liability can't apply.  I have confidence in Gemma to stop this; the worst of it is NSL have been misleading POPLA and registered keepers and have almost certainly obtained money by that alleged deception.

Congratulations on your well-earned victory and thanks for sharing your POPLA code.  I'm about to complain of another failure by a POPLA assessor to understand POFA.  Would you be willing to share the name of the assessor who initially got your case so badly wrong (either here or via direct message)?  I note that the second assessor who also got it wrong was Amy Smith.
