As your case is a UKPC/DCB Legal one I thought I'd draw your attention to this fairly recent thread which you might have missed. You must keep going through all the necessary court procedure phases, but the hope is that your case will follow the same pattern as all those detailed in the thread. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Received a letter today from DCB legal with a copy of their filled-in Direct Questionnaire Form as,
"Having reviewed the content of your defence, we are writing to inform you that our Client intends to proceed with the claim. The Court will direct both parties to file DQ........ in the event you wish to discuss settlement, please call us within 7 days...."
I should not respond to this and wait for my DQ from the court?0 -

Here is item 7 on the checklist found there...Subsequent items on that list may be worth another look too.2 -

Good morning everyone, I received a letter dated 11/01/2023 called "Notice of Proposed Allocation to the small claim Tracks" attached "Directions Questionnaire". My form looks slightly different than https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/71763411#Comment_71763411.
It has only D1 under section D as "Do you consider that this claim is suitable for determination without a hearing...." then asks "if No, please state why not?" please advise what I should write for this?0 -

Hi @Le_Kirk thanks for your reply. I have read the thread and got some idea for answering D1.
However, I have now confused on question E1 after reading another thread that some courts are good and some courts not!
Firstly, where can I find my nearest county court and how can I be sure that the court will be hearing my case?
Secondly, can I change D1 to without hearing later if the court favors the claimant to be hearing far away from me?
I live in east London and it will be very difficult for me to travel far way, also need to consider the travel cost if it is another city.

Google it and no, the court won't allocate it away from London. It is your nearest county court (not Crown court) that you are looking for.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
