As I understand it OP is being divorced by Mrs OP (the MIL). Mrs OP has an adult child (son or daughter) who is married to a man (SIL) who works at the opticians.1 -
There may or may not be but posters can only go by what the OP has posted.Martin_the_Unjust said:I suspect there is more to this matter.
Personally, I'd be hurt like the OP but to save further distress I'd just go to another place. Good luck OP0 -
At times and many times I've noted that wneh people email/text they often come across not as intended and ruder/aggressive than they otherwise mean. Again, OP please just find another branch/etc.0

I think:"You`re not welcome in the store. I`ve asked that you been turned away and cwmbran security have been informed. If you have a problem with your eyes, please go to a different opticians."
says exactly what the text sender meant.

The OP may be able to answer. It was taken directly from his first post.
I think that text was carefully thought out and probably edited a few times before being sent.0 -
Maybe the branch is in a shopping centre.user1977 said:

There are plenty of opticians in the area though, and there's a Specsavers in both Pontypool and Newport which are just a stones throw away.0 -
